1 Definitions

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 2b77. The registration of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If 2b77 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all such accounts may be suspended, any bonus funds credited to those accounts will be voided, and any withdrawals processed from duplicate accounts may be reversed pending investigation.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. 2b77 is not liable for any losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the player.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

This typically involves submitting a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits. 2b77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage.

5 Deposits & Payments

2b77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 2b77's discretion.

The minimum deposit on 2b77 is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the player's account verification status. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits are credited to the player's account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 2b77 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank, mobile financial service provider, or any third-party payment processor.

All funds deposited on 2b77 must originate from a payment source that is registered in the player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. Any deposit identified as originating from an account not belonging to the registered player may be voided and the funds returned to the source account.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed the KYC verification process as described in Section 4.4. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to completion of KYC will be held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.

6.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used by the player for their most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists as an anti-money-laundering measure. Where the original deposit method cannot be used for withdrawal (for example, due to account closure at the payment provider), 2b77 will require additional verification before processing via an alternative method.

6.3 Processing Times

Mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed faster than card-based withdrawals. 2b77 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Any attempt to withdraw before satisfying the wagering requirement will result in the bonus balance being forfeited in full. Please refer to Section 7 for full bonus and promotion terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all 2b77 bonuses:

• A player may only claim each specific bonus offer once unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are valid only for the promotional period specified at the time of the offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game operates according to the rules and mathematical parameters set by the respective provider. 10 Responsible Gaming
